"The sushi is good, but that doesn't excuse the very long waiting time (we were told we would get our order after 1 hour but waited nearly 3 hours in total on a Tuesday). We had to call 3 times to ask for an explanation and still don't understood why it took so long. They don't call you, you have to call them... No explanation, no true apology, no compensation whatsoever. This was my first experience and I think it will be my last, unfortunately."
