"We always head for the local market when we want to get the best of local cuisine and here we were not disappointed. There are many stalls in the fish market that serve fresh fish for consumption on the spot but this one caught our eye. The selection here was perhaps more reduced than on some of the other stalls but the quality was amazing, fabulous prawns steamed to perfection, fresh crab and beautiful seafood salad, all washed down with glasses of wine or cava. You must not miss it. All accompanied by some delightful live guitar music and locals dancing and singing along.Very reasonable"

"By recommending my AirBNB host I sauntered to this restaurant and was made by a very cheerful lady who informed me that the kitchen did not open until 8 a.m., so you decided on the Iberico plate and vino tinto, fortunately the kitchen staff cam in early ...... so decided on the Pork now, that was delicious on the way"

"We made a special journey on the bus from Los Cristianos to visit this excellent fish restaurant which is situated in the fish market . Very busy and you have to wait to get seated but it’s worth the wait. It’s very basic but the service is good and the food quality is absolutely superb. I have eaten in some of the top fish restaurants in the world and this small establishment is up there with the best in freshness and cooking. We had zaburinas (very large prawns expensive but worth it) , scallops,mussels and gambas plus a few glasses of white wine . A great lunch time experience . Beware they close early about 14.30 hrs."

"Amazing gambas, octopus with nice salsa and nice fish. Just be aware that the price is per kilo and it's easily 1.3 kg if two people eat. Just next to a nice beach!"
