"Excellent value, good service and dog friendly. The food is home made and the portions are large. Good, tasty stuff. The cafe is a bit of an institution in Llandeilo especially given all of the work the team has done to support the community."

"I visited this place for a family birthday celebration in a group of 21 people, and we were not disappointed. We were greeted warmly by the manager Jamie, who was very professional and friendly. All three courses were delicious and very reasonably priced. Every person in our party was impressed with the food. The manager (Jamie) and one of the waitresses and bar staff (Melissa) constantly made sure we all had enough drinks and were very helpful throughout the night, which added to the lovely atmosphere of the place. All in all we were very impressed, had a great night and cannot wait to visit again soon. Highly recommend!"

"Had lunch and a few beers here whilst on holiday in the Brecon Beacons. Found the pub to be really cosy and the staff very welcoming. We were impressed with the good choice of veggie and vegan items on the menu (and a lot of nice meaty stuff too, but right now we're not eating much meat). The cask beers we tried were also in good condition."

"This place has potential but the basics are just not right .The service is basic ,the boy never smiles,he's not impolite but personality isn't his strong point . The menu choice is good but changes rarely. The chef has no clue how to season food which is poor . Playing is good ,food looks good and the quality is there ,just no taste ,thin sauces not reduced properly and I've got to say it again ....no seasoning,poor taste ,had to go get salt and try to get some taste back"
