"I didn't get the name of the girls, but I asked for a little cotton candy blazzard. It must have been a communication problem, and she thought I said medium so that she accused me of a medium and got (which really didn't matter to me because it wasn't that much). But she went beyond and beyond and insisted on giving me a voucher for a free ice cone, as it was “their mistakes”, although it wasn’t really her fault, it was somehow hard to hear through the speakers. But her customer service was absolutely phenomenal! I really wish I had been able to put her name in the review! I was really impressed!"
