"Tuesday evening my friends and I had a quick dinner at the daeji cutlet house. it was our first time to have dinner at this place. we had a great experience in this restaurant. daeji cutlet house is a Korean restaurant with seat in vancouver, bc. it is located. on kingsway burnaby, which is directly opposite the road of metrotown. it offers authentic Korean best cutlets and hamburger steaks serve all their customers. we came to the restaurant on weekday at 18:30 o'clock, so the restaurant was not very busy. we quickly found the table and began to watch the menu. since one of my friends is Korean, it was very easy to order the meal. After we discussed together, we decided to share the food. we had the most famous in this restaurant kimchi fried rice, sweet maize cheese, fried chicken to share. our food came quickly out of the kitchen. the kimchi fried rice came with a large dish salate, which is very much. the taste of the kimchi fried rice was great. I didn't find a dick in the bowl. it was actually kimchi and rice. but the aromes were a little sharp and intense. I love it. the sweet maize cheese was very well cooked and fresh. it was my first time to have this court. very special experience with it. at the end the fried chicken came out of the kitchen. it was also very large. I like the kartoffels disk combinations with huh. I don't like very the aromen (sweet and sour) of the huh. It seems that they used their own sauces to mix them. compare the chicken dish to bbong korean restaurant in lougheed town center. I love bbong korean restaurant chicken more. In summary, we spent $60 on the meal. we had fun to try a new restaurant. good experience."

"I recall eating at the Jinya ramen bar that used to be located here years ago. I wasn 't really impressed with them back then and I 'm not really impressed with Zubu either.We ordered the tonkotsu kuro with an added seasoned egg, a clear shio ramen with added corn, and added a combo of gyoza and salad. Price point is a bit high with our meal coming to over $50 (which might be ok if the quality and atmosphere was better).Music was loud and pumping (obviously for the crowd that you 'd expect near a mall). Everything was sticky (seats, menu, tables). One of the male servers really didn 't want to be there. I don 't blame him... Who really wants to work? But still, a little friendliness can go a long way. A couple of the other servers were more friendly tho.Don 't bother with the gyoza and salad combo. The salad seemed to be just shredded cabbage. Dressing was meh. The gyoza could have been better. You can see where the gyoza skin ripped off so it was literally falling apart. Plus the crispy skin is literally one of the best parts of gyoza.The clear shio ramen was very light. The tonkotsu broth was creamy and had more flavour. The seasoned egg that I added turned out to be a super hard boiled egg with a chalky yolk that crumbled apart (skip it if you 're looking for a creamy yolk).While the ramen itself wasn 't too bad, everything else was disappointing. For the price, you can get much better quality ramen elsewhere in Vancouver."
