"Absolutely terrible, would not recommend at all. Simon is one of the rudest men I have ever met. Waited over half an hour for our order. Simon continued to serve other people’s order after ours. Both Simon and Ben had absolutely no idea what they were doing. No apology or anything. I have been a customer for ten years, but I certainly won’t be using again. Food and service have gone down hill, despite the hefty price increases."

"Read a lot of bad reviews, but a few first hand positive heard about this place, so I decided to try it as I am local. I ordered on their website and was told it would be ready to collect in 20 minutes, came there in 10 and it was already ready to go! I have at home and all eating was red hot and as described. so good for the price, tasted fresh and will go deffo again. I can't comment on their delivery, but if they can't collect then they can't pull out!"

"We are so happy to have found larkhill chippy that eat is excellent, the chips are tasty and not fat, the teig is crispy about the fish/sausage and not soggy or fat, the children love the cadry. the ruined sausage has tasted. the food is filled out, the prices are the value for money, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. all round excellent experience will always go back."
