"We moved to Longridge 4months ago and this was our first visit to a local Chippy we were not disappointed. Our lightly battered fish and chips were tasty and beautifully cooked and service was warm and friendly. We shall definitely return to the Top Chippy which in our opinion ranks with the Magpie in Whitby and the Swan in Southport as one of the best Chippies in the north."

"Went for dinner. Starters were nice. My partner's main was okay. My main was awful and I didn't eat it. Its to expensive for the quality of food on offer. The wine was nice but again slightly to expensive. Service was slow and not very attentive. Beautiful pub but unfortunately wouldn't return."

"I myself visited nabian and teen daughter on Sunday afternoon. we all had roast beef it was amazing the yorkshire puddings were huge the beef was slim and the maic was very creamy with whips of meaty tasting gravy. we followed this very greedy I could add with sticky toffee powder and ice creamy is the word I would use. the service was very good, all staff members were very friendly and attentive to ensure that we always had a drink and check everything was for our pleasure. the decoration was beautiful, I loved the small detail of the dogs on the bathroom blinds all in all I can no longer evaluate this inn high and will return in the future."
