"We were very well received by the Chef on the terrace, but it was not the same person who served us throughout this meal... not smiling at all and unpleasant to ask what we had been able to do to him.... until I served a glass of red wine that went straight out of the fridge!!!! She acted differently with foreign customers, it was amazing that at some point she became another person much more enjoyable, but why this difference of treatment. We have lunched the dish well tasted and my sublime pie mirabelle !!!! but it is on that we will not return to the establishment!!!"

"One of those great places you stumble across by accident that turns out to be an amazing find. You just want to keep coming back to visit. Mike and Lee are very hospitable hosts who give you great local intel on where to go and what to do. Fantastic food with local wines. Beautiful art to take home in your suitcase.Type of place you wish you had next door to your home. Fantastic venue for a private event as well."

"What a lovely surprise. Small village, local restaurant but the food was worthy of a much bigger and celebrated place. Crab soup, superb lamb, well-cooked fish and excellent steak; everything was lovely and plentiful. 'House' wine was a let down but we were warned that better wines were available. Now on our list of 'must visit' places."
