"Das Bistecca al porcini (mit Steinpilzen) hatte ich medium-done bestellt. Bekommen hatte ich einen komplett durchgebratenes Steak mit einer veritablen Sehne. Die Steinpilze waren tiefgefroren, was mir bei der Bestellung genannt wurde. Der Beilagensalat, der statt als Vorspeise mit dem Steak serviert wurde, war einfachst und mit einem undefinierbaren Dressing beträufelt. Salz, Pfeffer, Balsamicoessig und Olivenöl hätte ich erwartet, waren aber im ganzen italienischen Restaurant nicht zugegen. Die Rsomarinkartoffeln und Teile des Gemüse waren sehr al dente. Leider wurde das ganze Essen in einer faden Soße ertränkt, statt diese in einer Sauciere zu servieren. Der Kellner, der mich schon bei diesem 1. Besuch zur Begrüßung duzte, fragte nach dem Verzehr nicht mal, ob es geschmeckt habe. Als ich dennoch anmerkte, daß mit das Essen nicht zugesagt habe, fuhr er mir nach einem Satz über den Mund. Die Bezahlung erfolgte völlig wortlos."
