"Terribly understaffed. Only two people working there, and one was out of sight most of the time. Drive-thru and app orders heavily prioritized over customers placing orders at the counter. I waited for a few minutes, was looked at but ignored. A guy came in for an app order and was served immediately. Considered walking out.The person was nice when she finally helped, but she needed help putting my order in the register. As someone who has actually worked at a BK, I don't understand how the standard for service has dropped this low. The staff is treating the job just like the company is treating them.The final nail in the coffin was the soda machine. It's the only place I can find Surge. That was out, as well as almost a dozen other flavors including Coca-Cola. How do you let your restaurant run out of Coca-Cola? I don't think I've ever seen a place so neglected."
