No orders were being generated and what I assume to be the manager, after looking puzzled the entire time, still could not find our order. He then said they were three hours behind. "I ordered from Donatos in Beavercreek Ohio my pizza looked great it tasted great the restaurant was very clean from what I could see everyone was friendly they were even decorating for Halloween I would definitely recommend that you go here"

"While the food was good, the service was horrible. I ordered pretzels without salt and some ice cream. I was there with my daughter and grandchildren. We stood there waiting while many customers after us were being served. After about 10 minutes, I asked if we were going to get our order. The guy at the register then told us pretzels without salt is a special order. He then was giving our order to someone who just came in and I had to tell him it was our order. All three of those working were rude and acted like we were bothering them.. I doubt I'll ever go back there. Communication was horrible"

"Willie I particularly noticed he was very friendly when he took my order had a great smile it was very friendly.
