In October we find ourselves looking for a restaurant in Immenstaad on Lake Constance: The streets are abandoned, many doors closed or the menu is repulsive. But there is a light on the main road and people. In fact, the Il Centro, an Italian. It's well visited. We enter: warmth, cafe, pasta, barbecue and roasted flavors. The senses tremble an oasis of good life. But is there another place? Quickly asked, short answer, quick decision and the last free table for two people is colonized.
