"Estávamos em São Luís durante a passagem do aniversário da minha esposa e minha intenção era escolher um lugar agradável, romântico e de ótima gastronomia. Não errei na escolha do La Cuisine. O restaurante é pequeno, e de um cardápio enxuto (o que eu acho excelente). Optamos por uma das opções do menus completos e nos surpreendemos com os sabores. Tanto a entrada quanto o prato principal foram muito bem preparados: beleza e sabor. A carta de vinhos também é muito adequada, com opções variadas tanto em preço quanto em preferência de paladares. Fiquei muito feliz com a atenção especial dada na hora da sobremesa. Como tinha comunicado na reserva que era aniversário da minha esposa, nossa opção foi servida com uma vela de aniversário. Voltaremos quando estiver novamente em São Luís."

Na quinta-feira servem um rice marroquino that é tudo de bom, eles chamam de Quinta Árabe, e assim, nesse dia, além da comida tradicionales brasileira, tem especialidades Árabe.
