"I used to go to this place quite a lot in the 90s and always found the food to be very good but in those days I thought it was too pretentious for my tastes. A group of us went there for dinner last night and everything was absolutely superb. The food was excellent and the service perfect , and I now find the ambiance much more agreeable than before. The Brouillard de Truffes was as good as it gets."

"Tout simplement parfait. En vacances dans la région, nous avons connu ce restaurant via un ami. Vous devez avoir un gros appétit si vous voulez manger une entrée et vous délecter d'une entrecôte ( cuisson parfaite) cuite au feu de bois. Nous reviendrons sûrement avant la fin de notre séjour. "Beautiful hotel and spa . On a mountaintop overlooking the valley offers you an amazing view of the surroundings. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. from food to massage everything was simply amazing the pool outside great and if the weather is not cooperative, you can use the indoor pool. There is a fitness centre and a pool table. Wi if is free and there is a lot of parking on site. A pleasant walk to the village, back to 10. Century with narrow streets and fine diocese. This is a place where you should definitely visit"

"I have never ever experience such a disaster of a lunch. The restaurant is beautifully located in the area of Tourtour. Beatyful building, beatyfuly decorated and from the restaurant at the terrasse you have an amazing view to the area and the Maures Mountins. We...had high expectations when we first sat down in the shadow of the trees. Then we waited ....for the menu. Then we waited for water.....Then for wine....We ordered two menues costing 35 euro consisting of starter, main course and dessert. What a barging. We thought. Then we waited.... After 30 minutes the starters came. One of which was not what we had ordered, so it had to go back to the kitchen. Then we waited....Finally we got the right starter. Everything tasting okay. Then we waited.for 45 minutes for the main course. A simple dish of a steak and vegetables. We ordered it to be medium. It was raw. So it had to go back to the kitchen. Then we waited....When it came back it had been cut into halves and cooked in a microwave together with the sides. Everything, the meat, the potatoes and the vegetables were spoiled. After two hours we had only had a starter, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. Besides a spoiled main dish, which we did not want to eat. Furthermore, during these two hours nobody payed us any attention. Nobody. We had it, and asked for the bill. Unnecessary to say, but we won’t come back"
