"They should make sure that what is offered in the letter is available. I wanted to order a simple fish dish because I can't eat meat, but they didn't have anything on the menu (no hake, turbot, or cod). We ordered a grilled beef steak and the rib was smaller than the rest of the diners. They did not have a daily menu, everything was a la carte and the prices did not compensate for the amount that they put us. If we add to this that the dessert was not homemade and they charged us €5... Being Friday and for what we paid it would have made up for us to have eaten an all-inclusive menu elsewhere in the area. We have left quite unhappy. The only positive thing was the treatment of the girl who was very nice and the terrace where we ate. Sorry, but we won't be back."

"Great experience. At arrival we were welcomed warmly. We sat outside.Tables were beautifully laid.The assistant manager came to great us, we were offered a drink and were given the Menus that were written in Portuguese, English and French. Staff members spoke English, Portuguese, Spanish fluently. German and French were spoken by a co-owner and waiter named Cristiano.Drinks were appropriately garnished.Wine list was good, represented well the portuguese variety.Wine was offered in bottles, half bottles or jugs ( 1 or 1/2 litres - house selection of reds and whites).Natural organic and semi-organic juices were delicious and nutritious . we tried Orange, apple and beetroot and carrot and orange, absolutely fresh and delicious. Some of these natural-organic juices are seasonal. StartersWe went for:Pimentos do Padrão - Little grilled green peppers seasoned with thick sea salt.( Locals say - "Pimentos do padrão, uns picam outros nao" by that they mean that some are spicy and some are not, those that are hot are really hot)Calamari - Battered Squid Rings served with a few drops of lemon Selection of regional delicacies - Codfish cakes, meaty croquets, seafood patty´s, olives, warm bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, parma ham , selection of portuguese creamy cheeses. Mixed Salad - ( fresh, tasty, colorful) soft leave letuce, ripened tomatoes, sliced carrot and onion, mixed peppers and a mix of green and black olives, seasoned beautifly with a olive oil, vinagre, mustard, salt and pepoper dressing. Light, fresh, pleasurable.Main course :Bacalhau à Marinel - House recipe of Codfish - salted fish, 500 g+ fillet of Cod fried in olive oil with onions, red peppers and olives, served in a bed of homemade sliced fried potatoes - Sweet and sour, perfectly cooked.( 2 people - 19 euros)Salmão Grelhado - Grilled Salmon accompanied with sauté potatoes, broccoli and thin carrot sticks. ( Perfect) Rissois de espinafres - Spinach mini patty´s served with a mixed green leafy salad.(Vegan)Desserts:Mousse au chocolate - ( homemade) Creamy and light.Cacao and organic vanilla were easily tasted in each spoonful.Leite Creme - Creme brulee - Excellent Chocolate Torte - Humid Cacao torte - sweet and caloric, excellent. Garnished with caramelized tangerines.Melaõ - Melon - Seasonal local fruit.
