"Normally order from here always good but ordered last night a family bucket with halloumi and was told 1 hour after 1 hour and 15 min rang to find out where it was to be told its leaving heard her call out the wrong house number so had to change it and 20 min later still not arrived only a 3 min drive from my house i said we had been waiting an hour and a half and its not right for her to be really rude and say you do know there is coronavirus as if im stupid and dont know that she then said they have 12 people in the kitchen which if they have they are not socially distancing and 7 drivers well with that many people should not be taking that long all they had to was cook a portion of chips a portion of halloumi put the chicken and potatoes in a bucket coleslaw and drink from the fridge she then finished the call by just hanging up on me will now not use after that very rude had she been polite about it it may not have been so bad"

"I ordered from this place today, I must admit. The delivery was about 30mins, the guy apologised for the delay, despite it being quicker than 45mins estimated. The food is really good, got to be one of the best kebab places in Essex. This will be my go to place, great prices, quality food. Five stars today."

"Service was good and the food was nice. A pint of Kingfisher was £5, chicken korma £8.75, plain nan £2.95, lemon rice £3.95 and an ice cream dessert £4.25. My only complaint is that a tip was automatically added to the bill. I find this practice to be rude; the decision to give a tip (and how much to give) should be entirely up to the guest. I suspect they do this knowing that most people are too embarrassed to ask for it to be removed, or hope that people don't notice."
