"My partner and I stayed for days in the meliá sun and snow, with the upgrade of the level and with half board. Maribel, very kind, told us that we would be left with a cold dinner prepared. on our arrival at the hotel, it was all wonderful, we received a warm reception from the part of ernesto. the only “but” were the crazy turns we had to go to find the parking lot. I think it is essential that the indications be improved, as especially at night, it is difficult to confuse the hotel parking with public parking and the bus parking. the dinner a careful in detail like the room. the next day we had a bit of trouble again so we could find the ski range correctly, which was something nasty for us, as much as we asked, we couldn't get too much direction. Again, for me this is not a theme of the kind people who work in reception, if not of the facilities in itself. It would perhaps be interesting to receive some kind of “mini-plane” of the hotel for those who have never been in snowy mountain range, indicating where the parking is located and where the ski range is accessed. breakfast and dinner seemed to us of good quality. above all, the pleasant attention of Jesus, who looks at every detail and makes you feel at home.
