"I have been going there for many years on and off, the last time I had a bad experience, the chicken was dry and the service was rude. I ask for a container to take the salsa home that I had already paid. She said I couldn't have a small container, and I wasn't so post to take the salsa. And when I said this not the way to treat your costumers, she said she had been doing this for 40 years. And I was wrong. Acted like she didn't care. Don't think I'll be returning there."

"Would give it 3.5 starts if I could. My most recent order here was an online order. Got in and waited a bit. Service was a bit slow. I have a feeling that the drive-thru was a priority to them, considering I was the only in store customer there when I walked in. Will go again, only once in a while."

The lady at the register I believe was the shift lead was very nice and explained to us we could leave an open account to order more if we wanted more. I thought that was cool, open check is not seen much in smaller restaurants. They serve alcohol so I think that would be good if I came back with friends.We ordered plain quesabirrias for kids and a total of 5 tacos for the adults. To put it nicely the family was so upset to wait so long that I am sure they are going to roast me later. When paying I inquired as to if this is the normal wait times. I guess two people called out and when they do this happens. I suggest cutting your losses because the food was great but this experience will be hard for me to convince the family to come back. I saw others wrote reviews on the same issue, please fix that hate to see a bad reputation to a great place.Suggestion: If you are behind let the customers know about the wait time at the register. This will make a big difference in angry reviews.Ensure chips are served immediately. I had to ask for some to hold us over at the 25 mins mark.I do recommend this place and hope all who go have a great experience the food is delicious."

"Around 9:47 clock and the dame behind the counter. When I went to her, she turned to see her co-worker as if she was troubled, I came near the closing time. whatever that is when she turns around her, we only go paletas at the moment selling is good. no hallo or welcome and I go, now I came to order a cup mais or friesas con crema and she remained quite and turned around to see her coworker again. the co-worker said nothing, then I told the lady everything, so that you don't close at 10 at 9:30, and she's going in a round. what I think is stupid, because they should change the closing time to 9:30 instead of 10 when they close everything at 9:30."
