"The location of the chalet is beautiful situated in rural landscape it is isolated up on a hill in an idyllic scenery. You can directly start with trekking from here, but with limited options if you are not mobile by car. Public transport to this spot is rare so if you plan to spend more days here a car is recommended. The staff is not very friendly, so don't expect a warm welcome. Actually they are only talking swiss german (Switzerdütsch) with strong dialect. Rooms are small and only featured with rudimentary basics no TV, no fridge and worse sleeping mattresses. It would have been okay but for a max. price of CHF 80 for the double room (toilette and shower on the floor) instead of CHF 120. For that price you definitely can find better options in the region."

"Came here for dinner while staying in Switzerland for our Eurotrip a crossed Italy. Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked to perfection. Besides the perfection of the food and customer service, the staff/owner went above and beyond. I came to be restaurant the next day to get soup to go because my mother was really sick and all the stores were closed. They didn’t have a to go container or a way of providing me soup to go. Instead they gave me some chicken broth so I can make soup at home. Thanks again guys!!! I will recommend this restaurant to anyone I know that may be visiting from America or anywhere at that! If I’m ever in the area again I’ll be back too. Kudos"
