"After having an anniversary dinner with our son daughter in law; to say I was very disappointed is a compliment, It was a horrible experience. Steaks were over seasoned, filet was VERY SMALL, artichokes were PICKLED, French fries were OVER SEASONED, service was good, and it was EARLY evening. 5:45 pm. Sooo, all I can say is the cooks were left over from lunch in a hurry to go home! Yuck. Every year we go there for dinner. Some of the menu items were changed NOT for the better. Onion petals were nothing but breading . Even the manager said there were bad reviews. So why change things that are GOOD . Please, go back to the way things were. If it ain 't broke don 't fix it ! Hope when I come back for our next visit, we will have a better dining experience ! Thank you for letting me vent ! A very unsatisfied customer. MRS Perk. [hidden email]."

"Update: Food is pretty good. The black lady serving food is the best, she's so nice and always looks out for Marines. The pizza here is better than dominoes. The burgers were decent. They need to work on keep the hot sauce stocked up, its the only thing that makes chicken and rice better. Speaking of their chicken; its better and juicer than Camp Pendleton. Breakfast here is pretty good as well, they make omelets and overeasy eggs for you. French toast could use a little more sugar.Overall 8/10."

"Went there for lunch. The burger was smaller than the bun. Charged $1.75 more for 1 slice of cheese and not even a whole slice of bacon. The 18 french fries on my plate were ice cold. I also was turned off that all 3 pieces of flatware wrapped up in the napkin on the table had food particles still on the and we're covered with water spots. The owner did ask if there way anything he could do for me and I declined. Why would I want anymore of his food? I eat lunch out daily and sadly will never eat at fine fixin's again. Have to give 1 star with the review."

"My husband and I tried so many places in search of a real (west coast) California Burrito finally found. Customer service is amazing, the food is fresh and consistently prepared so that it never disappointed and the taste is amazing!! The menu is on the smaller side, so do not expect Margaritas and a 3 page menu... but I promise you that you will not be disappointed. Also family owned, this is a big bonus!"

"Cosy hole in the wall breakfast. Plates can be a bit big for some, but the food is amazing. Best pancakes and French toast I've ever had. Good prices and options for breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff is very attentive and nice. It feels like a hometown dinner, but with more a new mood than the boiler dinner."
