"Just passing along my recent experience so others can use their own judgement. This past Saturday morning shortly after 11am, my son and I dined in for breakfast bar. We both ordered the same thing, water and bar. BB had close to nothing....some rice, 1 biscuit, bacon and about 3 servings of eggs. We finally received our water about halfway through eating. Received no silverware, had to go looking for that and get it myself. Finally after about 25 minutes we decided to leave since no one made an attempt to service the BB. I asked to speak with a manager to voice my concern. I spoke with their GM Kirk. He informed me our server took 1 of the BB off for the wait for water but that he still had to charge me $10 for a scoop of eggs and a couple pieces of bacon because it 's the 'best he could do '. I asked if I could just get with their DM over it, he said he can 't give out anymore free food and that no one told him the BB was empty. He finally told me to 'go, just go, it 's fine just go '...I assumed it was the Manager job to make sure things are getting done. I saw him walk around the restaurant and never once checked on the BB. I did speak with corporate and was told it was their first day open in the dining room after over a year so things are still trying to get working again. I 've been a customer of Frisch 's for my entire life. Always enjoyed the food. This is the closest location to my home, but I will never eat at this location again."

"Showed on Friday night and had to wait about 15 minutes.. The server took our order and after about 20 minutes came to the table and asked to take our order again because she lost the paper. I mean 20 minutes and our order was not even rang in. The manager delivered our food obvious and didn’t have my order. When she went to check the ticket it was not rang in. Now we are talking 45 minutes for chicken fingers that were over cooked and very dry! Very disappointing considering I used to frequent there."

"Perfect amount of spice/heat in their spicy chicken. Incredible flavor. I love the ability to select the specific cut of chicken included for their chicken meals. The pieces were all a good size. The baked beans were also very delicious. Overall great food and value. I will definitely be ordering from here again."

"First experience. My usual was closed however, I was excited to give them a try. I ordered the Cincy Boil, 1/2 lb of Snow Crab Legs and 1/2 lb of Green Mussels. Flavor: Mix All. To-Go. Woman at the register very nice, personable, great customer service. She walks from behind the counter to give me my order and I headed out. When I got home, there was more than a 1/2 lb of Green Mussels, they were great. But I ordered 1/2 lb of Crab Legs, I was given one cluster of crab. I order boils often, I'm from the east coast, I can eyeball a 1/2 lb. But I divided the boil anyways, to check, and the mussels weighed more than the cluster I was given. Clear as day. But I digress. The sauce was barely there, I had to shake the bag to make sure everything was coated. Taste wise, there was no flavor. Red sauce alone, resembled spicy water. I had to eat every bite with garlic from the bottom of the bag to be satisfied."
