"The Moulin de Chalons is a rural restaurant a little bit out of the way. The dining room is quite formal but not at all stuffy. The menu is more fine dining than tourist and the food superbly prepared. the staff are extremely friendly and service is efficient but not rushed, in keeping with the style of restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday and this is a good special occasion restaurant. Although quite expensive at over €100 for two, in fairness it is still good value."
