"It is a small place but very good. Good coffee and cake and it is also cheap. The location is very good, in a corner of a parking space at the Ayala Highway. Good service, best in the afternoon, after lunch. Close about pm."

"What's wrong: 1. Hotel lobby and restaurant is not responsive to calls. 2. I slipped on the corridor because the floor is wet. No freaking sign/warning for this. Hotel staff took action as I reported. 3. Not maintained surroundings and very unclean. The bathroom in my room is nasty AF. Also, dusty cabinets and drawers will make you uncomfortable."

"A coffee was required after a rather lively family party!!!! It always amazes me how packed Starbucks Lipa is late at night, when the prices are pretty much the same as London and obviously the spending power is much greater in the UK. It 's definitely a 'hang out ' place who needs a night club!! Staff are lovely and friendly it 's Starbucks, what else to say!!"
