"From the UK we found the prices expensive but soon realised that is standard everywhere and the entire family agreed that the burgers are some of the best we have tasted.......simply delicious. I must admit to having a 'double ' and in hindsight a single will...have been sufficient. If you want a table outside make sure that you book in advance as we could see a lot of 'walk ups ' had to eat inside."

"N.B. This is my first review so bare with me haha.My partner and I arrived in Anzere and we didn't know what to expect. We saw some reviews online and thought this place would be OK. I've never been so wrong, it was perfect. We both ordered burgers with bacon and raclette (I think that's how it's spelt), I'm a big guy so I doubled it by going "Godzilla" size and I was not disappointed. The food was impeccable and the husband and wife who run the place were very welcoming and spoke English. Going back to the food, the chips were crispy yet fluffy and the burger itself was juicy, tender and made my mouth water, the salad was also very refreshing. The atmosphere was very nice, 3 other families were in and ambiance was beautiful. With a view looking towards the mountains and a very artistic finish on the inside, it was very very nice.For dessert my partner and I had a hot chocolate each with myself having the Cha Cha Cha and her having a Crème Brûlée. The Cha Cha Cha was a boat of ice cream and is every sweet toothed persons dream. The Crème Brûlée was also perfect and couldn't be faulted. The hot chocolate was made with actual coco and had a very large marshmallow resting on top.So far this restaurant has been the best value for money in Switzerland with regard to actual food quality. It cost us Chf 84.5, which sounds like a lot but we did order quite a lot, and for what we received it was more than either of us had expected (we had been traveling in Geneva and Sion prior to arriving in Anzere so we had a good idea for prices). The menu itself concentrates on burgers but they have a tapas option and limited menu for kids, having said this, there were many children eating there so they must be doing something right.Over all I'd say this little gem is definitely worth a visit, but hey ho, don't take my word for it, go visit it and make up your own mind ^_^"

"We visited this place several times this summer end july, beginning august. We had been here numerous times the years before so we know it quite well, me myself had been here for probably 35+ years with the dutch dude who owned this place and even before. The first time we visited this summer i convinced my kids to try the tartare. (due to the corona virus situation there was only a small selection of what they normally offer Sandra proposed that they could get a kids version of it which was a bit smaller so we accepted it. It was so good the few times afterwards they took the normal dish. Kids want to come back with christmas but that damn virus... we'll be back next summmer or winter : but as a Belgian, i was really wondered why nobody was wearing a mask."
