"After the visit to the temple of the island of palau serangan, our stomach urgently demanded solid foods, so where we parked the car, under a tree, we saw how they prepared the coconut shells to smell them as fuel, something usual in the rural areas of the island. We turned around, and we saw a series of little chiringuitos, about 10, who called us to offer us what was the unique dish in the area, fish. as in a bazaar, we went through each of them and saw the quality of the fish offered until finally deciding on one that seemed to have the coolest and brightest of all. So we went under the jackets, not without seeing first how the coconut fire was lit and putting the fish we had chosen in the coals. We sit on a low table, on the ground of the reeds and start the process of rehydrating with bintang, while we assume the wait. a picture of the moment is my profile image. In short, a delicious rice with a spicy sauce, of course, increased our appetite and was followed by a light salad accompanied by peanuts. In a short time I was at the table the best roasted fish I ever had. tender, tasty, with a delicate perfume to the sea and coconut. Insurable we enjoyed the food, drink and company, not only ours, but the friendly owners of the local, happy that at least four travelers had chosen their restaurant to alleviate their hunger, and that they were enjoying their food above. If I say the amount of food, I don't think it would be credible. but I will say: to the change of about 20€ the four people, including, of course, a considerable amount of large bintang bottles, cold and tasty. Perfect food!"
