"My fiancé and I had the most amazing four days stay at Rosewood! We celebrated our recent commitment and staff at Rosewood made our stay so extraordinary. From the moment we arrived on the property, Evan, one of the heroes, took care of our two French bulldogs and went to them. Daniel, at the reception was so courteous and friendly! He sent us champagne and delicious desserts into our room. Fransisco, our Bellman was also great. Every little detail of our bungalow suite was beautiful. I loved all thoughtful amenities and coffee table books. Sense Spa was amazing. Rosa gave me one of the best faces of my life! And she was so thoughtful in her recommendations for my skin care. Letty at the spa reception was so sweet and contacted hair stylists and make-up artists for me very late at night - at 8PM because I had requested these services. We went to Carusos and had one of the best meals of my life. I had pre-ordered the Vegan Four Course. The hostess sat at an isolated table with direct sea views and sunset. Dan made our dinner. He brought champagne and delicious desserts at the end of our meal. Justin, the manager, came by and talked to us and asked us how our evening was. If you are looking for the best hotel customer experience, friendly and thoughtful staff, beautiful accommodation, then come here! This will be our new jubilee place where we come every year! "Our dinner experience at Caruso’s is one of the top 5 experiences we’ve had in California. We’ve been to many Michelin star restaurants in Manhattan and the service and food is on par if not better than some of those places. Our server Julian was exceptional. He provided us with perfect service on our first minimoon night in Santa Barbara. Bubbles to start and chocolate mousse to finish. From his on spot recommendations of yellowtail tuna tartare with almond sorbet to the cappellaci with chanterelle mushrooms and sweet squash to the delectable Wagyu beef from Japan. Every dish was delicious. We look forward to coming back and seeing the Chef creations. Bravo"
