"I must have happened this place a thousand times while I lived in petersham. I could not ignore the two different flesh textures in my mouth and it made the burger a bit strange. yet a good balance of aromen with sufficient saltiness from the gurken and cheese. bun was fresh and senf was present but not overwhelming. if I had to suspect, I would say that the cook did not know that a DOUBLE cheeseburger had been ordered until the first pattie was a few minutes on the grill. only one guess, no more or less. this is a great place to hang when they have a bit more money. a large selection of tap, they simply do not expect their Australian stock standard beer."
