"I recently had two custom cakes. they were just beautiful. the customer service was great. mr. ali, the owner, has excellently received our individual design. the personal was professional and friendly. had a small mistake on one of the cakes, but they repaired it quickly and mr. ali itself delivered the cake to our place. the torts have turned out so beautiful and tasty. definitiw 100% recommended."

"I wasn't sure if I was to rate this place 4 or five stars. This Restuarant has great Italian cuisine, but the important aspect of this place is its location. It is in an excellent location for Berkeley students to take Italian food without going to some chic Italian Restuarant. The prices are great for the type of food you receive, and for the amount you receive. There is usually a big line, and tables can sometimes be scarce, but that should not stop people from going to this place. There are not many places in Berkeley for fast Italian cuisine, so I highly recommend this place. In my opinion, your calzone is also a ridiculous size for the price. So if you like Calzone!"

"Their food is supreme. I got the chef's Todd salad and the portion was huge. It has a lot of meat and the quality of the ingredients was good. I also tried one of their tartlets and it was very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, they suggested me what to get as it was my first time there. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for."

"I really like this place. The menu choices are limited, but what they make is very good and refined. I usually order a sandwich salad soup which is very well priced another ten bucks. It is 1 of the few places where I like to also pick up baked goods like banana bread. Enjoy their drink selection ranging from freshly made juices to coffee and if you are meeting someone for lunch and arrive early, you can peruse the back of the restaurant where they share a space with a local classical CD record/album vendor. The only drawback to the cafe is the size and limited seating. I do enjoy sitting in the upper section but it is quite cramped and if you go with a large group larger than 4 you only have seating options at the front for maybe up to 6. As a health-conscious adults I love this place. But if I took my kids here they would really struggle with what to choose beyond the baked goods and juices."
