"The food was very delicious and special! when I first saw soy meat in japan after I traveled here for a month. that is a rammen restaurant, but unfortunately contains every rammensuppe fish. small dishes, but fair prices relatiw by size. the employees know what vegetarian and vegan meant and they told me they will also consider making vegan rugs so they have luck"

"We enjoyed a nice tofu lunch prepared by three lovely ladies. It consisted of rice, soup with tofu skin, two different kinda of tofu and one meal was with sesame tofu and the other with agedashi tofu. It was very flavorful and freshly prepared."

"Although this restaurant serves meat, they have some delicious tofu dishes and their fried rice is vegetarian (not vegan as it contains egg) and all the food cooked before them. the main court of the gemüseei consisted of the aubergine, but the cook owner came apologetic to show us the aubergine that he had just cut was bad in the inner and wanted to know what else we want. he came with a new mixed Veg court at the place and it was great. they also didn't always understand about a fish in the suppenstock simply in japan. the real icing up was the other half of the owner-caouple, which was also super helpful and friendly. she is a master of origami and makes beautiful paper sculptures for moss while eating when she is not busy in the kitchen. she saw that our 9 yr-old daughter was also interested in origami, giving her an adorable lick after the meal and both made colorful paper pieces art. it was also reasonably about 4,000 yen for the three of us. English speaking was minimally it helped that we printed our food-related phrases on Japanese to show them."

"Delicious food and friendly staff! Not only did the menu include vegan items, it was also clearly marked that vegan food excludes all meat, milk products, eggs, and honey, We had the gyoza, yaki miso, and yaki tofu. The meal came with an appetizer of local veggies and a really delicious potato in sauce. Everything tasted incredible! And the staff was so helpful and friendly! They even gave us a delicious tangerine and some Happy Cow stickers on our way out! Definitely coming back next time I visit Takayama!"
