"Seemed like the wait Staff did not listen to our orders. We know the menu and what we wanted, it still took several request to get our order, even then not everything was what we ordered. "Got fajitas. Taste was good. Place was clean. I'd eat here again. The only thing that might deter me and my only complaint is, I guess I just got used to chips being complementary with a meal. If that's all you wanted I can see that as a charge. Good variety."

"I come often with friends from Longview to enjoy your delicious food. Today, 7/09 , we attended Annie at the community theatre and then we always come afterwards to Tia Juanita’s. Waiter was excellent, food was excellent. I ordered a bread pudding to take home with me. In the car, i kept smelling something burnt/charred. When i opened the bread pudding as soon as I got home and it was charred black all across the top. It was so dry, I could not eat it. I was so disappointed. It was too far to take it back to Henderson.I was surprised the chef let this leave the kitchen."
