"Service needs work and better communication. Changed closing hours and also ran out of eggs and didn't communicate that to customers until we made the 15 minute line. The workers really need to work on changing their gloves frequently and wearing hairnets. Touching your hair with gloves then making food isn't hygienic. The teamwork isn't efficient whatsoever. Unfortunate because the menu is pretty good but the whole experience wasn't great. The food took a backseat."

"Went in the drive thru at 7:10 and ordered an original mix with French Vanilla Drall and a hot Chi Latte. When I delivered my drinks, one was the wrong size and both were ice cold. Barista took the drinks back and said she had made a fresh pot. have brewed a fresh pot? So my guess was microwave. And her apology was that they would close soon. I had 50 minutes before they closed."

"The BBQ burger was pretty good, wouldnt mind getting again. The fries were decent, but wouldnt pay that much for them again. I did pay the extra to add bacon on my burger and I will say dont order their bacon, it wasnt good the burger was way better when I removed the bacon. Would recommend BBQ burger, would not recommend the fries for that price, would not recommend adding bacon to anything"
