"Attentive staff and delicious food. We had 7:30 reservations and were immediately upon arrival at 7:20. For appetizers we had fried oysters and lobster bisque soup. Nice presentation on the soup. For the main course I had the Jumbo shrimp oreganata with Jumbo crab meat, which was delicious, and my friend had the Chilean sea bass. We have passed the recommended bananas for dessert. The dining room was a bit loud so it's difficult to have a conversation with a big party sitting at the bottom of the window. With 1 drink per and bottle of wine bill $270 without tip."

"We've tried Vigilucci's because it's restaurant week, which is a great time to taste expensive places. Like most places in downtown La Jolla, Vigilucci is very stylish and spacious. We approached our table with the delightful surprise of live music; a beautiful treat, especially when you plan to spend a good bit of money. The waiters were also very attentive and friendly well humiliated! . The food was delicious and there was a considerable amount. When it was restaurant week, it was a three course meal, so I thought the portions were pretty small. I am always happy to be shown differently when it comes to such food reviews below. Overall, it was a nice experience, but very expensive, also with its restaurant weekly menu $40 . I wouldn't eat here because of the price, but if you're looking for a nice, chic meal, or are just loaded, this place is perfect."
