"This place really is a hidden gem. Best sushi in the area combined with unbeatable prices. I've been twice so far and I wasn't disappointed either time."

"My favorite Korean/Japanese restaurant for big parties. I've only eaten the huge Sushi Sashimi combos, and that's only recommended for large parties since it's over $200. They do great takeout too!There are numerous side dishes that come with it. I'm always stuffed, with leftovers. I feel like they give more side dishes if you dine in, but then you are also adding a big tip. I'm fine either way. Delicious!"

"Wonderful little spot, very eclectic, the service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious. I love how all the tables are different, the decor is very eclectic. Very clean inside. My husband had the chicken teriyaki and he said it was the best chicken teriyaki he’s ever had. I had sushi and even customized some of their existing rolls with no issues. Had the rainbow roll and the crunch roll with some side of individual pieces of sushi. Everything was fresh."

"Came here for dinner while I was visiting from out of town. Pictures look appetizing but the sushi quality was lackluster. The squid was fishy smelling and the salmon (my favorite of them all) was so thin and looked malnourished. I've had buffet salmon more flavorful than this, which surprised me. The shrimp tempura was pretty good and I recommend it. We got the Dan sushi set which was around $100 and we do not recommend it. The shrimp tempura udon was pretty alright, it needs a bit more salt flavoring but otherwise it was good. I was told that this restaurant is very good but maybe we came on a bad day. Quality for money when it comes to their sushi is just not it; Doshi sushi nearby is what I recommend!"

"Wonderful!!! The sushi is always so fresh, the portions are fantastic, and the prices cannot be beat. Truly, their quality is at the same level as very high end sushi restaurants. Plus, this is a literal mom pop restaurant. The staff is so friendly and I always feel valued and appreciated there. It's definitely a small business we should be happy to have in our community and support. I cannot recommend them more highly!"

"I was in town on business and found this place by accident. There are a lot of sushi restaurants in the area, but this one was on the list of restaurants at my hotel. So I checked out the reviews and decided to give it a shot. It was a very slow Monday night. My server was very friendly. The sushi was very fresh and tasty. They cut the size of the fish perfectly. I find it frustrating when sushi is cut too large. This way I find it more enjoyable to eat so you can savor the flavor. I enjoyed the Yami Yami Roll. I'm always a fan of nigiri sushi done well. But I think my biggest surprise was the smoked salmon sushi and the eel.I will definitely be back. Thank you."

"So I lived in Japan for several years and am moving to shibuya for good next year. So i guess my expectation might be high. However, i felt the atmosphere was great as for the food, way over priced for very basic americanized food. I was very iffy on what to order as i could tell the staff was chinese or korean. I thought chinese, but other people thought korean but they werent Japanese. The food reflected this. The sushi was fine, but very weird combinations. Like, the californa roll didnt have cream cheese? Thats a basic. While what they were putting in the sushi was very off from tradition rolls, it was still good. I also got curry and the beef bulgogi bbq. When ordered i was told they didnt have sticky rice, (what?! I would highly suggest they fix that. Then when trying to order sushi rice since thatd be sticky and im acustom to the vinager flavor the waitress insisted that was a bad idea.. which was pretty unprofessional. Then they tell me sushi rice is 2 dollars extra?! Very displeased with the rice options in a japanese restaurant where rice is suppose to be a staple. Onwards though, the curry itself was ok, the sauce was watery not thick, lacked the sweet taste of Japanese curry though the spices were good. But because it was watery I couldnt really cover my rice with it. Id give it 3 stars. The beef bulgogi however was perfect, aside from having a ton of veggies and very little meat. The bulgogi tasted great. All in all. The restaurants atmosphere was nice, service could have been better but to be fair, my mother was asking a lot of questions so maybe the waitress felt i needed help too? But in the end i spent about 200 dollars, and left feeling like i ate at a low end cheap sushi place where i should have spent about 80. The food wasnt traditional or authentic, but was merely just, ok.Vegetarian options: It has at least 4-5 vegetarian options if not more."
