"Fantastic experience. Haven’t been here before. There were 4 of us. The food was great. Faultless!! The staff Fantastic!! Thanks in particular to the young chap who waited on us most of the night. He was awesome and just really accommodating."

"Booking was not on the list. Sat at table where freezing breeze entered. Moved to a new table was a plus. Share plates and cutlery were all dirty, as if came from another table after they had eaten from them. Share plates returned, looked like the same ones but quickly wiped. Portions sizes of starters were overpriced for the quantity of the items on the plate and cold when they arrived. Mains were overpriced and chips cold. Inexperienced bar and wait staff dropping trays, cutlery, plates, spilling drinks, making incorrect drinks. Would not reccommend or return to this place."

"The last time we ate pies from here, there was a huge piece of gristle in the pie and we didn't go back. Unfortunately, we made the decision to try it again (after almost a year) and we were sadly disappointed. The pies are just gravy mostly, and no flavour. The sausage rolls weren't even cooked properly and we had to throw them out. Complete waste of money. You're paying $4.50 for a pie that mainly contains gravy and very little else. They should be ashamed of themselves."

"Situated in East Maitland library building. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Refined clientele, ( no yobbos) The coffee is very good and the light meals taste fresh and healthy. Scones are choice! Reasonably priced. Could become a regular"
