"I find over the year some old habits have been lost.....decided to re aquaint myself with a worker friend and treat him to a fatening heavy cholesterol old fashion breakfast.....this one is just up the steet........we both ordered eggs, him bacon me sausage, with the home fries, toast coffee........both dunking eggs......service is excellent.....one thing these diner type do right.....they greet you quick with coffee pot and cups on hand.......who needs a glass of water, you have something right away.......within 5 minutes...plates were in front of us......everything was as expected........if there is anything I can critique........extra large eggs would be better than the small eggs we got......suggest for those who like sunny side up......give me more yellow.....LOL.....decor is diner type, typical kitchen type chairs, bright with lots of windows......if it was 20 years younger and could eat like that everyday I would be there more often......lunch time foods I've hadmbefore and it is homemade flavours as expected....good old fashionned restaurant with reasonably priced food......not licensed so not a bar scene......"

"Fast service, great coffee , well stirred and was provided a quality meal by my server. Was provided full curtosy as well a hot plate that noone would complain about. Highly recommended to people new to the area. Great place to meet up before treking to the study hall of the tim hortons next store or before the library."
