"If the welcome and the gustative quality can be suitable on the noon, I was deeply disappointed at a dinner on a Friday night. A value for money much less interesting than at lunch, approximate dishes (a half-cuit foie gras that looked much like a slice of liver out of a box was more than half cooked) and a strictly commercial service without the least dose of emphatia made us regret to have come to four people. Being the only table of the evening, we really felt too much when friends of our hosts came to their place in the middle of the room with no regard for our presence and pushing disrespect until we light cigarettes while we were entering our desserts. It was time for us to leave after adjusting a fairly salt-filled addition."
