"Delicious fish and chips. the fish is well cooked, crispy and the chips are good. service was fast and friendly and they give them a decent box and bag for their eating. I spent £16 for 2 medium-sized cod and a large chips, which is about average for surrey, maybe a bit expensive. but the chips are decent and not full from the left over small from the bottom of the frit. the place felt clean and modern and they have the usual extras if they want a bottle of sauce or picked egg. enjoy!"

"I was looking for lunch at the cobham services and chose harry ramsdens because they have a good call. Unfortunately, my lunch was terrible. the chips were overboiled and the bark meat cake stood up. the baked was more like pappe and the inner was not cooked. the filling was heavier and had only a recognizable piece of meat. the only decent part was the muddy heap"

"It was a good experience. the food was nice the service was friendly and the price was good in comparison to similar places. there are outdoor seats that must be very nice at the lake with good weather. in the larger seating area there is also a TV set for sport etc. green everywhere with the view of the sea, worth visiting when they are looking for places close to. you can also book the venue for events. one, though they need to clean the tables better than they were sticky."

"I came for the sunday roast and i asked to be sat by the fire. I ordered my food and paid for it at 14.02 it didnt arrive until 14.50 but what ruined it is a female member of staff asked me to move tables because the table was reserved at 3pm i told her about the delay and said that i didnt want to move she told me that i either needed to move or hurry up eating my dinner!!!! Absolutely horrified!!! I did hurry and left the table before 3pm so hence walking home i threw up my meal!! I did complain to the deputy manager and pointed out the rude member of staff that spoiled my meal and she was giving me the worst look from across the bar!!!! This is disgusting behaviour from a member of staff when the delay was not my responsibility but the restaurants. You need to uplevel your staff or teach them how to treat paying customers!!!!!!! This is unacceptable behaviour."
