"Three times waiter try to give me food that I didn’t order. The service is slow the beef tenderloin I ordered was not tender at all. Food is horrible, not seasoned at all. Stay away this place needs 0 stars, but google want allow 0 stars. My worst dinner experience ever. Decor of restaurant is blah, Latin Fusion into cafeteria food horrible. I’m extremely disappointed in this place!!!!!"

"The Sumptuori was one of the most popular restaurants in the Palladium complex, especially for the live cooking show (of the most demanded). It is located next to the lobby of the Grand Palladium Palace hotel and, as a Japanese theme restaurant, it only opens for dinner (from 18.30 to 22h). You have two dining options: A la carte or live kitchen tables. The second option is the most fun, and also the most demanded one, you have to go as late at 20h to have dinner between 21 and 22h.
