"Our food (1x burger and chips) took at least 50 minutes to come out. The staff looked like they were going as fast as they could and were doing their best, but everyone else that came in after us got their food before us, and they had really large orders in big groups. It was disappointing that even when we brought it to the staff’s attention twice, we were still left waiting for a long time while other big orders after us kept coming out. More staff are definitely needed on the weekends to take the pressure off the team and to get things coming out quicker. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"First time I’ve been to Pancake Parlour in over a decade, and was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the experience. All staff were very friendly and very welcoming towards the kids in my party. The Friday specials were awesome value. I loved the booth seating, and whilst the interiors are a bit kitsch (the pancake train), it created a great atmosphere. Can’t wait to return."

"We come to Westfield Doncaster every Friday night but it’s my first time eating at Billy’s Lounge. We sat at the table, ordered then look it up on Zomato to check its rating. Saw that it’s only 2.4 and wonder if we should walk out. Read some of the reviews and heave a sigh of relief that the bad reviews were mainly about their service. <br/ <br/ Our food came and we were pleasantly surprised. The steak was tender but the vegetables were a bit overcooked. My seafood linguine was good although the pasta was a tad overcooked too. The flavours were good. Portion size was generous. Service was average but the food made up for it. I think 4/5 is a fair score to give. We would come back again."
