"Das Restaurant ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit kleinen Tischen. Der Service war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und die bestellten Gerichte (Pasta, Pizza und Salat) wirklich klasse! Die Bedienung hat sich stets nach dem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und angeboten nochmal das hausgemachte Brot aufzufüllen. Dafür, dass die Hauptgerichte ein wenig länger gedauert haben (aber dennoch völlig im Rahmen!), hat man sich mehrmals entschuldigt und im Anschluss das Dessert aufs Haus serviert. Zur Rechnung wurde noch ein hausgemachter italienischer Schnaps gereicht. Preis/Leistung ist hier wirklich sehr gut!Eine klare Empfehlung für "echtes" italienisches Essen in Hennef mit sehr gutem Service."

"“Let us try this!” I say to my wife who has just proposed the restaurant Si(e gnum in Hennefer Euro Park Hotel if we think about where we could go again. Pronounced, done, we go to the south of the Hennefer Commercial Area, a rather trotless area with furniture box, tire service, construction machine manufacturer, frozen service, discotheque palace and tennis court. Ambience Here in this specific quad area is the Euro Park Hotel, even a concrete box, as they were collected throughout the seventies and eighties of the last century. Euro Park Hotel We have been here for thousands of times, by bike or car, and are more than a year ago guests of a meeting in this hotel. But for the restaurant Si(e gums of the hotel, despite the proximity to us: thousand times happened – never tried! Restaurant Si(e gnum That should be different now. From the comfortless ambience of the commercial area we no longer want to deter from, we strive through the open glass door under the blue white sign with the label “Restaurant Si(e gnum” into the so-called restaurant. We enter a huge room, obviously divided into a breakfast room for the hotel guests and a guest room for the A la carte guests. The cleanliness of the outside environment continues in the restaurant. Brown tables, beige covered chairs, blue carpet, white ceiling with ring lamps and LED spotlights and here and there plastered rectangular concrete columns remind athem of a business hotel west German or an intouristic hotel East European embossment. A sense of cosiness does not, of course, give such "food halls". We can pick up a table when we enter the restaurant and choose a foursome table at the window front overlooking the furniture box. The ambience is not a sound, but in this respect it is okay, i.e. three stars. Service After passing through the open entrance door we are in the guest room for a while. Three service personnel, a young and a somewhat older lady and a young gentleman, carry busy trays through the hall, and it takes a few minutes to turn the young lady to us, greets us and lets us choose free table. Our choice is on a table in the window with furniture shop view. The young lady will welcome us in the evening. It is very friendly and strives to serve us professionally. This is only partially possible. The open wine I command gives me the water in the bottle that my dearest orders but not. The candle on our table does not ignite it, the dishes from greeting from the kitchen remain partly on our table until we leave the restaurant. On the other hand, it asks for our satisfaction with food and provides sufficient information on food requests. My wife suspected that it was a young lady in training and a later look at the "About us" side of the hotel on the Internet confirms this assumption. The young lady isn't responsible, she's still learning. We give the service a “okay”, i.e. three stars. Food and Beverage The menu that the young lady gives us is characterized internationally. Germans like „Strammer Max“, „Vesperteller“ and „Rheinischer Sauerbraten“ stand alongside Alsace Flammenkuchen, Mediterranean Pastage Dressing and Argentinian steaks at quite acceptable and local prices in the menu. The young lady gives us time to pick up the dishes, notes our first drinks: • a bottle of Gerolsteiner (0.75 l to 5,90 € for my wife, who is gratefully ready to go, and a • Wachtenburger Grauburgunder, dry, 0.2 l to 4,60 € from Wachenheim im Pfalz for me. The drinks that the young lady brings us are very tempted. We have now chosen: • Barbecue pan “Euro Park Hotel” with Rumpsteak, Maispoularde, pork steak Bacon, served with vegetables and homemade wedges 19,90 € for my wife and • Duroc pork steak 200 g at 12,90 € with • Red wine Balsamico Onion Relish at 3,50 € and • house wedges “Knoblauch” at 3,50 € for me. After our order, we do not wait long for greeting from the kitchen, but it softens the world. A basket with six fresh baguette slices and a bowl with herbal cucumber presents us the young lady. The bread is fresh and crispy, the herbs cucumber creamy, but without uniqueness, hold zero eight fifteen. After the expected preparation time for our main dishes, my wife's young lady serves the barbecue pan. Barbecue Pan “Euro Park Hotel” with Rumpsteak, corn pulp, pork steak Bacon, served with vegetables and homemade wedges The rectangular plate is divided into three pieces, left the rag steak, corn pulp and pork steak, in half part, in the middle the vegetables and right the wedges. The Rumpsteak is rather medium rare, although my wife ordered medium. But it's still acceptable for them. The maize cell breast is juicy and spicy. The pig steak is also juicy. The vegetables consist of bistable peppers, eggplant pieces and spring onions, all very well seasoned with rosemary notes. The wedges are hot, very crispy and well seasoned. Later, my wife noticed that the Bacon was missing. She didn't find him on the plate, let alone taste. My plate is divided into two pieces, left the garlic wedges and right the Duroc Steak, poured with the warm red wine Balsamico Onion Relish. Duroc Pork steak with red wine Balsamico Onion Relish and Wedges “Knoblauch” The pig steak is professionally prepared. It is juicy and tender, Starome has roasted and pulled out as with the ruler fire, i.e. roasted signs, in the form of squares. The white meat tastes excellent. The red wine Balsamico Onion Relish has a balanced acidic taste thanks to the Balsamico. The silver onions are well cleaned, but they still leave the red wine tasteful playroom. Tastefully, the relish gives the steak a special touch I like good. The hedges earn the attribute “Knoblauch”. They are nicely tanned, crispy and have neat Knobi taste, really delicious! The main dishes have tasted us, which we also testify to the young lady for her taste, whether she tastes us. Your question for further wishes is answered by my wife with the desire for a • mousse au chocolat, partly white, partly brown chocolate (7. €). I decide for liquid dessert, • Schlader Williams Christ (2 cl to 3.50 €. Thus the order of double white mousse au chocolat is not required. In the meantime, the young lady served me the beautiful Williams Christ. My love awaits a plate with two white chocolate mousse cops. But what the young lady presents to her little later does not correspond to this expectation. The young lady brings two shelves, well filled with white chocolate mousse. Mousse au chocolat I Mousse au chocolat II With such a presentation my wife did not expect and plays with the idea of taking only a part, as our servant then beats. I jump in and take a part with the raspberry. The chocolate mousse is fluffy, something too sweet, but delicious. With our food and drinks we are very satisfied and give a “small good”, i.e. three and a half stars. We have nothing to complain about cleanliness. Table, dishes and glasses are clean. My wife used the ladies' toilet in the transition area between hotel and restaurant, no complaint, everything is bright clean. The food is worth the price. In the service it has hacked a bit, but three and a half stars for the price-performance ratio we consider justified. Conclusion With a reservationless recommendation of the restaurant we are hard to do. The sober business world and the business environment are not concerned here. But if you want to look into the green, a cozy atmosphere, you should orient yourself. For business travellers and trade fair visitors in Cologne, the restaurant and hotel is certainly a recommendation for nature and peasant room lovers due to the proximity to the Hennef West motorway entrance. As a result we give three and a half stars."

"We have eaten fish for pleasure in the last few days, but we have let the wind in Cuxhaven blow our nose. Now it must again be a good piece of meat, because unsaturated fatty acids, unsaturated fatty acids, the body also needs the saturated ones. With meat, Laredo falls in. No, not the Texas border town on the banks of the Rio Grande, but Laredo opened on the shores of victory at the end of April 2015. So I'm taking my wife to Wahnbachtalstraße in Siegburg. The Laredo is located a bit away from the busy road 316, the Wahnbachtalstraße on an old arm of victory. Magnificent trees all around shield the place from the road and contribute to a pleasing overall picture of the white-coated bungalow-like building with the location of victory. Between the building and victory, a terrace and a beer garden offer enough space for outdoor dining. Right in front of the Laredo there is a large space to park. We're lucky to find a free parking place right now. The restaurant is characterized by a large hall with a long window front towards victory. Along the window front, guests can take place on a long bench with anthracite-colored artificial leather in front of bare wooden tables, lined by cozy chairs, which are like the bench. This table arrangement is repeated on the side facing away from the window. Two reddish walls in the middle of the room, up to table width projecting into the room, loosen the hall in two halves. A black-and-white picture of Market Plaza and Flores Avenue in Texas Laredo has been loosening the white wall against the window front. In the front area of the room you can push the whiskey glass to the Siegburg cowboy on a counter, as long as you know it from saloons in Western films – at least in the carnival period. As full as the parking lot is, is also the saloon . Here too we are lucky to get another free table. Young and old fill the hall, correspondingly high is the noise level. But this noise level is not intended to devalue our assessment of the ambience, it is rather a sign of an obvious popularity of the restaurant. Environment and athmosphere are considered good, therefore four stars for the ambience. The service Several service ladies and masters, all recognizable by uniform black T-shirts and long aprons, literally splashed through the restaurant. We are kindly greeted by a lady who leads us to a free table. We serve the evening mainly by another lady who also appears very friendly. She is gas-famous, asks several times for our satisfaction with the food and makes her job professional. The service deserves the predicate well, four stars. The food The lady, who serves us mainly over the evening, is fast with us to ask for our first drinks requests, while we study the menu that we find in a stand on the table. She writes for my wife an Acqua Morelli (three-quarter litres for 5,90 € and a Bitburger (0,3 l for 2,10 € for me). We have time to choose food. The map lists soups, salads, appetizers, subs and wraps, burgers, Mexican, steaks, Laredo specialities of poultry, lamb, pig and beef, fish, pasta and desserts. The prices are within the framework of the usual in central Rhine cities, with specialties such as U.S. beef, they are about three euros above the price level of Argentine steaks. The menu can be found on the websites of the Laredo web pages linked to GastroGuide. My wife and I choose each – U.S. Roastbeef, 250 gr. €21.90 and as a supplement – spicy hot wedges at €2.90. A small mixed salad and a pepper sauce are served as standard to steak dishes. Instead of pepper sauce I ask for chimichuri, the exchange does not make any problems, our service lady tells us. Later I get both, pepper sauce and chimichuri. I accept 's, don't regret it, and we get the chimichuri charged with € 1.20 as shown in the menu. Our lady has hardly tipped our order into her electronic communicator to the kitchen, greets the kitchen with fresh baguette and homemade aioli. The amuse gueule meets his French name. Our palate is amused, Aioli and the fresh baguette are good. Little later, our lady in the black t-shirt brings us the salads. Leaf salads, carrots, cucumber slices, a tomato vat, corn, olives – green and black – and radishes can be found on our salad plates. The vegetable potpourri is made with a vinegar oil herbal dressing. The salad is fresh and crisp, not to expose. We don't wait much longer than the preparation time it requires for our U.S. meat slices – given the full location a good performance of the kitchen. On a sheet (Is it a piece of a banana leaf? lies on my plate between a pot with chimichurri and pepper sauce a meat stretch, well soured and appetizing. With my wife the plate looks the same, of course the chimichurri pot is missing. Roastbeef is butter soft, reminds of fillet, and is cooked as ordered medium. It has a good roasting aroma, is juicy and leaves nothing to be desired tastefully. The supposedly spicy, sharp potato columns – so spicy hot translated – are each found in an enclosed dish. They are well tanned, crispy fried and not greasy. However, it is with the spicy and hot such a thing. The potato columns come to us rather than hardly spicy and hot, but may also lie to our taste used to sharpness. They still taste. Pepper sauce, a cream sauce with green pepper, tastes slightly sour and picant. It surpasses my expectations tastefully and later made my additional Chimichurri order superfluous due to my slope to sharpened. Chimichurri is also picant, but not more picnic than pepper sauce. The price-performance ratio service and food are good to excellent in the category. Prices are not covered, appropriate for the quality of food. The price-performance ratio is more than good, so here also four and a half stars. The conclusion We also give four and a half stars for the overall impression. The Roastbeef, so to speak, the weight of the assessment, allows us to increase the otherwise mostly good assessment in the individual categories to more than four stars. The Laredo is recommended with its American Mexican meat preparations. We like to go back."

"My wife, my little son (almost 2 years) and I had reserved a table on Friday night. the restaurant is located on a beautifully landscaped historical estate. we have found that one can also marry directly opposite the restaurant, as the augustiner standoff has an outside place. there is a large parking lot where we fortunately still had a place, as on the same evening a farm located on the ground had an anniversary celebration. we got a nice place in the outside area, which is located in the inside of the estate. the outside terrace is very cozy. We had bruschetta and a carrot-cooked ginger soup. as the main course ordered my wife salat with brush stripes and I classic rumpsteak with bratkartoffeln as well as mixed vegetables. both the appetizers and the main course of me and my wife tasted excellent. everything was pretty. the service has asked several times for our satisfaction. in the courtyard the little one could move nicely. for a cozy evening to two or with children highly recommended. excellent value for money."
