"2/4/22 Update: Walked over to Ava's Today with my dog for a mid day break, and the first thing I noticed is that they have now put tents over their outer seats so that it is covered and you can stay dry even when it rains. Nice! I really like this new feature because I still can't eat personally in the interior at this point, so I can usually only hang on your coffee shop in summer. So well done. I went in and got a breve latte (especially my go to drink if I can't decide what I want, what I have to admit was much faster than usual, and then I just sat outside with my dog and relax for about half an hour. It was in any case cold (woman? , but at least I didn't have to worry about rain. — This cannot be the fastest place to make a cup of coffee, but quickly not always the same size. And in recent years it has definitely become one of my hunting, especially in summer, as there is a ton of outdoor seats and it is walking away from my house. I love to take my dog for a walk, then stop in an icy Breve Latte and sit on her terrace with a good book for a break in the middle of my working day. It's one of my guilty pleasures."

"I loved the Elephants when it was in Meadows. Friendly, great food, and stellar customer service. Since going to the new one these past couple of months we only live here part time) I have noticed a huge difference. The staff does not seem to care about customer service, if they even know what it is. After the lady at the counter was not very nice to me a couple of weeks ago just was not helpful and kind of off putting) I decided to stay away for awhile. Today I decided to give it another try and went in to get my special drink, a chai latte. I was pleased to see a different young girl at the counter and ordered my chai. Then the other lady came out of nowhere to make it. I asked the young girl if she would please make it instead of the lady as I had had problems with her being nice to me in the past. Well, the young girl said, “are you serious? That’s rude of you!” Really??? I’m being rude?? I didn’t say that to her but I did say thank you and canceled my order. I definitely am not a rude person. I noticed above that you have stand up meetings. If she was my employee, I would have a stand up and walk her out. She should never tell a customer they are being rude. Especially when I only asked her nicely to make my drink. Then, let’s talk about my tuna melt. We were 14 of us on Mother’s Day. The service was non existent and the food was less than your normal. My tuna melt lacked cheese and very little tuna. I will say that you prepackaged food is excellent!! A bit expensive, but worth every penny. Good luck with customer service. I hope it improves and that I and my family will feel comfortable returning."
