"Ordered food for delivery and when it hadn’t arrived 40 mins later called to check on the timescale for delivery. We were told it would be with us shortly as they were just waiting for the car. When it hadn’t arrived 20 mins later (we are less than a mile from the shop! we called to chase up and this time were told there was no record of our order.........so we told them just to cancel the order. Another 20 minutes later there was a knock at the door with the food "

"Every Sunday the Bistro advertises Karaoke but this seldom happens as the organiser does not like Karaoke. Excuses like its broken or not enough people in the Bistro to put it on. We came out specifically for the Karaoke. There was 16 people in the bar waiting for Karaoke all willing to sing and it was off again. There was also residents in the bar. We where all saddened once again it was off. Why advertise this when it doesn't happen. Very poor service."

"The most beautiful seafood cellar and cunning skin! everything was delicious and the personal was really helpful I was really fighting to decide although the menu is not huge, but they were beautiful and patient and I enjoyed the dining room experience."
