"I had so beautiful memories of eating here years ago. Of course, I was more ubiquitous. I can still say that the beer and the wein qualitatiw were high quality and cheap. we also love the owners and the server. I give them credit for vegan options that allows dogs outside and the beautiful environment. However, we would not recommend the thai curry scallops, the organic mix of greens sat in Asian shoyu ingwer vinaigrette, the nudel bowl, the vegan udon nudel bowl or the garnelen entrée."

"Greatly hyped locally. I found it just okay, especially for the price. Went on a summer Monday night. Not too long of a wait. Ten minutes or so. Must have caught our server on an off night. She was disinterested and slow to find our table. Food was just okay. Spaghetti Alfredo was very garlicky. I was fine with it, my eight year old, not so much. My calamari steak was chewy to the point that I wondered if it had been reheated. Also, they took a carrot and quartered it and called it a side. The lasagna was nice. Could have done without the server slopping it out of its serving dish and onto the plate. Made it feel like a plate of $25 leftovers. For the price, a little presentation goes a long way. As long as you are eating somewhere before 9pm. there are several options. This would be somewhere in the middle of the pack on my next visit. Maybe early bird special time is better. Less disinterested staff, less possibility of calamari steak reheats. Sorry for the lack of photos, I was so disappointed by now I just wanted to eat it and get dessert elsewhere."

"Great location on Kings Beach, with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. The service was good, but the food was so. I ordered the steak sandwich and pommes. The sandwich had nothing to do with a terrible tasting pickle, salad, tomatoes and onion. I asked for creamy horseradish and steak sauce that made it better. The French fries that came were definitely not the best, but tasted ok. There is no tone to choose as far as restaurants go at Kings Beach, but if your in the area check it out and they also have a beautiful terrace back overlooking Lake Tahoe."
