When I came to the restaurant, the host asked if I wanted to stand one and I said yes. the host said the waiting time for one was 15 minutes. 45 minutes later we are still waiting for a table and a family goes in and the hostess sits her on the next standing before us. I asked the hostess whether she forgets about me and my party and she answered no tables and looked away. never before was treated in any restaurant. we went and landed in a restaurant called santa fe. it was great, service was excellent and eating was amazing. so disappointed by el capitan. the host needs definitiw customer service training."
