"After a very good experience with coffee and cake we had agreed to an breakfast buffet with friends starting from 9:30 on Sunday. ambiente: very tasteful, modern and very good to fit the castle. selection: the selection of the regular buffet (an extensive map to extend the selection of dishes is very limited, especially in the ratio to the price of 11.80 per person. there are: small pulps 2 types of roll, croissants, 1 sweet yoghurt packed with chalk, a neutral yoghurt without ingredient, fresh cheese, jam, mussels and honey, open butter in water, cooking ham, 1 sort of cheese, diw. salami, milk and orange juice. also slightly small cut fruit (melone and pineapple with johannisbeeren as decoration element. it is lacking in the norm: rührei with ham, camembert, milk for chalk, diw mushrooms, cheese selection, fish from each couleur also lacks elsewhere some imagination in the kitchen: b tasty/regional jam or at least 2 sorts of hard cheese or larger fruit selection were previously used bsp: the one type of hard cheese in slices could come from any package of cheese slices of a discounter cheese to chopping with k"

"We booked as a group on our tour of the black forest......oh dear....it all went pearshaped......food was mass Faye and not very clever........the starter salad was ok....but hey...you don't need to be a culinary artist to produce this.......the main course was a dry supreme od...chicken on cabbage....some sort of sauce which was over sweet .....I think they used some jam to sweeten the sauce.....yak ..edible when you had few beers......anyway the dessert was a joke.......this particular dessert is a trademark of the black forest...kirschbomble.....what we got was a bought in tasteless icecream.....I am afraid I would have to use very bad language to describe this disaster......all in all a poor experience not be repeated.......I am embarrassed bringing group to this establishment......not surprised it was empty."

"We booked a table for two and were offered a free choice of tables. We chose one for four assuming we could use the space, which we did. We ordered a la carte but chose a starter with scallops perfectly prepared, a lobster soup which cannot be prepared better and turbot in a lime sauce which was heavenly. A shared plate of cheese topped off the meal. Service couldn’t have been better."

"Wittnau Professorenklave south of Freiburg. The small village on the pass between Hexental and Ehrenkirchen probably has the highest academy density in the population. Each cozy detached house has a view of the Rhine Valley to the Niederen Knee, the building prices correspond to those in Freiburg's preferred residential areas. There was only one question of time until the appropriate gastronomy took its way to its clientele. The angel in Wittnau was an old guest house with small rooms, low ceilings and large tile stove exactly the kind of village restaurant that radiates everywhere. "Ich besuche dieses Restaurant seit mehrerenJahren, die Preise wurden erheblich im letzten halben Jahr 10-15% angehoben, jedoch ist keinerlei Qualitätssteigerung damit einhergehend zubeobachten. Für eine Umbestellung der Beilagen wurden 3,00 Euro Extrakosten berechnet. Auch scheint die Rahmsoße zum Rahmschnitzel mit Geschmacksverstärkern verfeinert. Leider eine Entwicklung, die mich veranlasst das Restaurant nicht mehr zu besuchen. Für die gehobenen Preise erwarte ich keine Studenten als Aushilfe im Service. Die Geschäftsleitung sollte Ihre Preis-Leistungspolitik einmal überdenken."

"“In Restaurant” – “Great cuisine” – “Great location” – “you have to go” – “Super cooking” – “Traumterrasse” and (freshly new: Star cuisine could continue the list of dits endlessly. The expectation was correspondingly high when we finally set ourselves to Horden in a nice society. My last visit dates from over 20 years when the raven under Mr. Brodmann was known as a simple village restaurant for its defensive dishes and the influential coffee machine on the counter. The historic building is located in the middle of the village and has been lovingly renovated outside and inside. The old pension was preserved and carefully expanded, including the fireplace. In the side wing this year there was a high fireplace room where a wedding ceremony took place... to which the really nice, weather-related but unused outdoor terrace is connected. A place with a high wellness factor! Very attentive staff, but the drinks were very impressive. On the wine map it was found that the proportion of open wines was very poor, especially in five course menus the possibility of recourse to an open glass is quite desirable. The menus! The card offers several of them where you can get up or down. A very attractive option, the kitchen is of course also available for other variants. However, the small-printed price for the individual components has peak values. What we would do with expectations. A good card should already inspire while reading and make appetite for coming. In the third view, however, nothing was so striking here that one liked the election. The Duchaus increased offer contains the usual suspects, but remains high. “Two tuna” remained to me as an appetizer with a negative selection: a sushi large slice of raw tuna and a boiled chilled fish ball. The avocado cream is inconspicuous, a handmade perfectly rolled carrot stripe as an eye-catcher is superfluous. “Rinder fillet on black-rooted vegetables with green and vegetable gnocchi” or so... was my choice of the main course. Some exile Russian was also a name, but gothlob wasn't on the plate. An excellent quality of the goods used can be expected here, the fillet was immaculate but clearly undersized. Gröschtl, i.e. roasted calfskin cubes and the black roots were drowned in the sauce perceived very uniformly over all plates, of five (5 gnocchi of the dietary bud is not satisfied. Also the rest of the group had no culinary highlights this year, only the car on Risotto could convince as an intermediate. What remained was a disappointed culinary expectation in a beautiful evening in a very nice atmosphere. Shame! But in summer we test the terrace – for a new one! As mentioned earlier, the reason for this is also given: The raven was taken up in the exquisite circle of star kitchens. The experience has shown that this is reflected first on the right side of the menu, but perhaps we find the last missing highlights on the left side. The Michelin counter follows Golocal here!"
