"Beautiful views of the city and beyond. Be warned that if you go at night the lights are a bit bright so they reflect off the glass into your camera if you take a picture. At least when I went there was some private event preventing the north east side from being viewed. The rest of the view was still very nice. Also be sure to visit the toilets as the east view is visible from there!"

"I entered the store in a long time. Mr. Kanai used as a shop on the second floor where there was only a counter. (At that time, I made a white wine sip...) Beer, wine and food were delicious. I will do it later. It is close to Ryutopia Niigata City Performing Arts Center, so there is a flyer for concerts and plays in the store. "This man and his restaurant is a blessing from the heaven! they're fucking good burgers and they deserve recognition. it is more on the handicraft side with the breadth and freshest of fresh ingredients. the milkshake I got was simply too good to exist, with fresh whipped cream, fresh celestials and a mint. They really pay attention to quality, detail and performance. oh yes, and the pommes were just good. crispy and well seasoned!"
