"I would give them 0 stars if I could because this is hands down the worst Wendy's, nay, the worst fast food restaurant I have ever dealt with. First off, I used to do DoorDash and they would make the dashers wait in line to get the orders they were assigned to pick up. By they way, their lines are incredibly slow and long because they thrive off of the good name of Wendy's, but this loation is attrocious and has terrible management. So I refused to accept orders from this location. Also, they signed up to be on BYU's starving student card, then when I went to use the coupon with them, they said they no longer accepted it, even though the card was not expired. Whether that is a breach of their contract or not, I am not sure but it reflects on the management and how terrible they are. Also on that visit they messed up twice, because they gave me a double instead of a triple burger, and they took off the pickles on the wrong burger. Horrible, horrible location. If they were a regular local restaurant, there is no way they could have survived, but since they are a Wendy's location, and their clients are primarily freshman coming in from out of state where Wendy's is great, they have managed to survive. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO. Or maybe just once a year, that's probably ok too."

"Not every restaurant and bakery is a 5-star review. However, Provo Bakery deserves every star in this review. I tend to think that the majority of donuts in this world fits properly in the category of perfectly sufficient. Nothing more, nothing less. I like almost all donuts, but rarely find them exceptional. I found the Donuts at Provo Bakery of the extraordinary nature! I can't say enough good things about her! The dough was the best I had in a local donut. Not to mention that their bra muffins and lemon muffin tops were also great! If you get the chance, I highly recommend tasting some baked goods from Provo Bakery!"

"Sonic has such a large variety of foods and shakes. It really is hard to decide here when ordering. A few of my favorites here at Sonic is the BLT toaster, cookie dough blast, mozzarella cheese sticks, cheese burgers and there crispy crunchy taylor tots, the also have slushiest and you can add candy if you want."

"Before I could order food and prove I was a customer, I asked to use their restroom. She politely handed me the key. It was urgent so I was grateful for this. As the restroom door said it was for customers only. But believe me, when I was done I immediately ordered those amazing Carne aside fries. They were as delightful as always. And now I'm hungry again thinking about that. I know where I'm going for lunch today. Thank you for being respectful and letting me use your restroom quickly. And thank you for amazing food!"

"“ “ is an extremely unkind person. I brought my 6 pound dog in my arms after a horrible night. Life can be super hard and my husband and we just wanted a treat to take our minds off of things. I have taken her many places and didn’t think anything of it. Her not being allowed in the store is totally fair though! As I walked in, he said “get her out of my store” in an unkind tone. Which I did of course because if she’s not allowed that’s fine. I did however go back in and tried to say that he doesn’t know what’s going on in peoples lives and it’s always best to be kind. And if he had said it differently I would have appreciated it. He continued to be unkind. I recommend someone talk to him about customer service since that’s the business he’s in. I miss the other guy who used to work nights. We actually had a good relationship with him! Even a friendship.Edit: I took his name out because I feel bad because maybe he was having a bad day too. But it would still be good to have a conversation about customer service."

"I went here a week ago for a treat for myself. I paid (the pretty high price imo) for my Cinnabon and ordered too a coffee to go with. The flavor and cinnamon itself was great but the bun itself was undercooked and awful. And waited as it literally took the guy 10 minutes or so to figure out, with another worker's help, how to work the machine. By that time I didn't want or need the coffee. Not good service or product. I won't go here again."
