"This hotel was really nice! By far, the nicest Holiday Inn we have stayed at. Very clean rooms, staff was really friendly, and the pool was clean. The breakfast was really good too! My daughter asked me why it wasn’t a 5 star hotel while she was enjoying her cinnamon roll. (I explained that’s not how the star ratings work for hotels lol). The room we were in was on the 3rd floor, furthest away from the elevator at my request. We all really appreciated the attention to detail and service the staff at the hotel provided. Truly was exceptional. If you are in the area, I highly recommend staying here.Rooms: Rooms are clean and spacious. Plenty of towels. They provided a lot of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, all by Dove. They were sizable bottles mounted to the shower wall and bathroom wall, by the sink.Nearby activities: We were here to go to the Cumberland Gap National Park. So, hiking is plentiful. Lots of quaint small towns in the area too.Safety: Area is really safe. We had no issues at all. Hotel side doors can only be accessed by room key."
