"We went in for pick up so didn't stay, but could see everything was nice and clean. Service was nice and pleasant also. We ordered Beef teryaki bento box, chicken teryaki bento box and some extra a la carte sushi and mixed tempura. It all was really good, great value in their bento boxes. The only thing we weren't overly impressed with was the dipping sauce for the tempura-there was lots included but it really was tasteless and the spring rolls were tiny. Surrpised me as we usually love the dipping sauce it comes with. Their salad included with the meal was a really nice-almost like a coleslaw when you stir in the dressing, and really good soup incuded. We won't go back as a couple, as my partner does not like sushi so the spring rolls and tempura are important to him and he was dissapointed in these. But the rest was good, and I will try it again as the sushi I had was pretty good."

"There was a lot of effort put into the renovation which was nice. One thing to note is the emergency button near the toilet. It's good that they pay such attention to detail in the design. As for the food, we originally did not expect it to be authentic as it is operated by non-Japanese; however, it came out pretty decent. We ordered BBQ eel, avocado shrimp roll and a ramen and they all tasted reasonably fresh. The price was reasonable. I hope they can keep up with it."

"Our waiter endie (might have spelt it wrong) was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and made sure we were in gods hands ! This is not my first time at chako I love it and have been going for years, will be going back for sure! Great atmosphere and fun date night experience!"
