"Das Restaurant ist gemütlich. Die Bedienung war äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend (wahrscheinlich Chefin persönlich!). Wir waren hier zu 4-iert. 2 Thai, 1x schweizerisch und 1x Salat. Das Essen wurde relativ schnell serviert (wir waren aber auch die einzigen!) und war auch sehr gut und schön dekoriert. Die Portionen eher klein. Das Thai und der Salat sind im Preis noch relativ ok, doch das "Gordon Bleu" war um mind. Fr. 10.-- überteuert."

"One of the only true Italian cuisine restaurants. I can say that because I am Italian myself. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was multilingual and very approachable. If you are Italian or love Italian cuisine you must try this restaurant. The place itself is not very big and you might feel a bit squashed but in the end the food is what makes the difference. If you ever dine at the Stüve Coulm I recommend to take the Fiorentina Steak, because the quality of the meat was so good. I enjoyed my dinner here and I will definitely come back!"

"This is a great European restaurant. It is small, with great service and wonderful food. Starters were CHF 15-20 and Mains CHF 35-55. There were a couple of mains that could be ordered as half-size for about CHF20. Wine by the glass was around CHF 10. Their menu had many lactose-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian options"

"The kitchen is worth it's michelin star. The staff is very friendly and nice. The starter with the marinated salmon-trout wrapped in a Nori sheet has been the highlight of the evening. The decoration was superb. The fish soup had a very tasty stock, the fish was ok. The main course had rabbit and was very tender, good presentation and a nice portion, only the food was not hot enough. Also to wait always for the sauce in every course is a little too much. Wine list is fantastic, hotel ambiente and furniture very nice."
